Facility Manager

In the process of our growth and the constant increasing of number of projects, we are looking for a dedicated

Facility Manager

for our office in Mallorca (Santa Ponsa).

With at least 3 years of experience in similar positions, who has good communication skills, is organised, proactive and customer-oriented.

The tasks to be performed are:

  • Ensure good conditions and functioning of our properties to ensure a smooth stay for our customers.
  • Support the Service Management
  • Coordinate and/or execute the maintenance schedule of the assigned facilities.
  • Carry out and/or coordinate repair work on assigned facilities.
  • Coordination of subcontractors.
  • Assist in the commissioning of facilities.
  • Specific administrative tasks for the position: preparing time sheets, recording tasks and activities performed, etc.

Your profile should preferably meet the following criteria:

  • Industrial training in electromechanical maintenance or electricity and/or a RITE or REBT licence is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Spanish (knowledge of German would be an advantage).
  • Knowledge of use of Windows, MS Office
  • Immediate availability, residence in Mallorca and a valid B driving licence.

We offer you a very varied job, combined with freedom for your professional development and an attractive performance-related salary. Full-time contract, working hours 9:00-18:00, 40 hours/week, holiday 30 working days. Salary depending on qualifications, €24,000-30,000 gross/year.
